Resealable Poly Bags with Adhesive Closures

Resealable poly bags use a peel-and-seal adhesive lip that folds over the opening and can be reopened for compatible applications. They create a clean presentation without a zipper track and are available in flat and expandable formats for products with different depths.

Adhesive closures work best when the seal area stays free of dust, fibers, oil and product contact. Repeated performance depends on the specific adhesive, cleanliness and handling, so test the actual pack-out if the bag will be opened many times.

Choose Reclosable Poly Bags when a zipper or slide track better suits the access cycle.

Flat and Gusseted Resealable Formats

Flat resealable bags fit thin merchandise, documents, apparel, samples and similar contents. Gusseted resealable bags expand for thicker products while keeping the fold-over adhesive format. In either construction, fit the product below the flap so the lip can fold squarely without tension.

Select film thickness from product weight, corners and handling—not from closure type alone. These bags provide flexible containment and presentation but no impact cushioning or rigid protection.

Are resealable and reclosable bags the same?
