White Corrugated Carrying Cases with Plastic Handles

Corrugated carrying cases provide a portable white single-wall package for samples, literature, promotional materials and products taken between locations. The one-piece die-cut design folds together without tape or glue for normal setup, and plastic handles are included with each documented bundle. Five sizes are packed 10 cases per bundle.

Match Interior Size to the Carried Contents

The smallest listed case measures 12 1/8 by 9 1/4 by 3 inches. Larger formats add length, depth or both, through 24 by 14 by 4 inches. Measure the full product group, including samples, folders, dividers and any cushioning, then allow enough clearance for the case to close without bowing.

The documented 12 1/8-inch case uses white 200-pound-test, 32 ECT B-flute corrugated. Confirm construction on the exact size rather than applying that specification automatically to every case. A board rating does not establish the weight that a person can safely carry by the handle.

Test the Handle and Repeated-Use Workflow

Fold the case on its manufactured scores and insert the plastic handle according to the design. Check that the handle seats fully and that contents do not concentrate force against the top panel. Trial the heaviest normal load by lifting and walking the expected distance in a controlled environment.

Carrying cases are convenient transport packaging, but they are not automatically parcel-ready, waterproof or tamper-evident. Add an outer shipper when carrier handling, security or surface protection requires it. Keep the white exterior away from moisture and abrasion, and standardize how inserts and literature are arranged so the case closes consistently.
