Fit the Bottle Before Choosing the Count

Bottle count is only useful after the container fits the protective component. Measure the bottle’s maximum diameter, overall height, shoulder profile, base, neck and closure. Include pumps, sprayers, caps or seals that change the shape or create a vulnerable high point.

Match every component in the system. An insert should not be paired with an outer carton simply because the bottle count is the same. Verify the stated kit, box or tray combination and make sure the assembled pack controls both side movement and vertical movement.

No bottle shipper eliminates every risk. Test the complete packed product through the actual distribution environment, particularly for fragile glass, heavy liquids, unusual closures or regulated contents. Packaging and transportation requirements for the product remain separate from the shipper itself.
