We do not have a dollar minimum for orders. Items must be purchased in bundle or case quantities as shown on the product information page.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Customers that have an established account with us can be set up with payment terms. To apply for an open account, please contact us at [email protected] or 866-754-4376. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.
If you are tax exempt, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will provide a secure link where you can upload your sales tax exemption documentation so we can properly configure your account. If we do not have a valid exemption certificate on file, we are required to charge you applicable sales tax in accordance with state regulations.
Yes! Please enter the purchase order number in additional information while checking out, and it will be referenced throughout the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery

We can arrange special delivery for those customers who do not have a dock. You must let us know when placing your order so that we can make arrangements; otherwise, additional fees may be added. If your order is shipping via LTL to your home, please also inform us to avoid re-delivery fees. Not all trucks are equipped to navigate residential streets. Please contact customer service for a freight estimate if your delivery requires special attention.
This is not a problem! We are happy to add notes to your order, but please let us know. Receiving hours must be at a minimum of a four-hour window.
Yes. We can ship collect on your UPS account for parcel shipments and on any carrier account for LTL shipments.

However, we do not support broker shipping or third-party shipping paperwork. The easiest way to think about it is: we can ship collect on your carrier account, but our standard Packaging HERO shipping documentation must accompany the shipment.

Yes. Packaging HERO supports customers through a network of regional distribution centers across the United States, including facilities in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, and California. Orders are typically fulfilled from the closest location whenever possible to improve delivery speed and reduce freight miles.

Yes! We do custom! As long as you own or have a license to reproduce the image, we are happy to provide you with pricing and ETA. Please contact customer service at 866-754-4376 or [email protected].
We are happy to provide a sample if available. There is a $20 charge per sample to cover shipping and handling. Samples may take approximately 5–7 business days to ship depending on the item and sample request volume. Not all items are available for sampling, and our customer service team will confirm if there is an issue with your request.

If the same item that was sampled is later ordered, the $20 sample charge can be credited back to that order. You can request a sample through our sample request page or contact customer service at 866-754-4376.

No, you are welcome to place an order as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to additional business purchasing tools such as order history, repeat ordering, quote requests for stock products, tax-exempt setup, and company-wide purchasing visibility for linked users.

Yes. Multiple users can be linked to the same company account so your team can view company-wide purchasing activity rather than only individual orders.
