Pre-Printed Carton Sealing Tape

Two-inch tape is a practical starting point for many regular carton seams. Three-inch tape provides a wider printed strip when the carton, seam or visibility requirement calls for more coverage. Width does not replace an approved closure pattern, adequate corrugated strength or proper flap alignment. Select case quantity from station usage and replenishment needs after confirming the exact width.

Apply the tape with the message facing the intended direction and enough repetition visible on the finished carton. Keep shipping addresses, barcodes and required markings unobstructed. A compatible hand dispenser can support lower-volume work, while equipment use requires verification of width, core, unwind and print orientation.

The printed instruction does not cool, insulate or monitor the shipment. It cannot prove that contents remained refrigerated, and it does not guarantee carrier or receiving behavior. Use it with the validated insulated packout, route instructions and receiving procedure. A separate indicator or data logger is required when the program needs temperature evidence.

This printed product is not documented as the same adhesive construction as cold-temperature carton sealing tape. If cartons will be sealed in refrigerated conditions, verify the adhesive and application requirements separately. Test the tape on the actual corrugated surface for initial tack, flap stress and storage conditions. Printed tape also does not automatically replace required labels or regulated marks.
