Clear 100-Gauge PVC Domed Shrink Bags for Gift Baskets

Domed shrink bags provide a clear fitted presentation around gift baskets and handled displays. Three 100-gauge PVC sizes are offered: 16 by 16, 23 by 19 and 32 by 30 inches. Each product is packed 100 bags per case. Choose from the basket footprint and height, then validate the heat-shrinking process.

The 16 by 16-inch bag is identified for baskets up to 9 inches in diameter and 16 inches high. The 23 by 19-inch bag fits baskets up to 14 by 19 inches, while the 32 by 30-inch size fits up to 23 by 30 inches. Measure the fully assembled basket, including handle, bow and projecting products.

The domed shape reduces excess pointed corners at the bottom and provides a formed top for handled baskets. Leave enough clearance to place the bag without tearing it on sharp edges. The listed fit guidance is a starting point; trial the exact basket and arrangement because unusual handles or uneven products can change the required size.

Control the Heat Application Safely

The PVC film is designed to shrink with a heat gun. Use suitable equipment, ventilation and operator protection, and follow the film and heat-gun instructions. Keep moving heat away from flammable materials, heat-sensitive products, decorations and people. The product description gives no numeric shrink temperature, so do not invent one.

Shrink only until the film conforms cleanly. Excess heat can distort the bag, damage contents or create weak areas. The bag improves presentation but does not provide structural support, impact cushioning, tamper evidence or a shipping enclosure. Add a carton and protective materials when the basket will enter parcel distribution.
