Eligible stock items automatically participate in our shipping discount program. Savings are based on order value, with up to $200 off shipping charges. Freight is shown before payment so you know what to expect at checkout.

Shipping Discounts
To keep things simple, shipping discounts are applied automatically at checkout on eligible orders.

Good to know: Discounts apply to shipping charges only and do not apply to fuel surcharges or accessorial fees such as liftgate or inside delivery. In some cases, additional automatic savings may apply based on destination and fulfillment. All savings appear at checkout.
What Affects Shipping Charges
At Checkout: No Surprises
Freight is calculated automatically before payment. If your cart includes both eligible and non-eligible items, only the non-eligible items will show freight charges. Any shipping discounts you qualify for are applied automatically.
Items That Ship Differently
A small number of new items are fulfilled by partner facilities that are not yet included in our freight discount program. These items ship from additional warehouses and will show accurate shipping charges at checkout.
Bulky or Low-Density Items
Some bulky or low-density items ship at a higher freight class. Standard high-class freight orders are limited to 2 pallet spaces. If extra freight charges apply, our team will contact you before shipping.
Formal Freight Quotes
Freight rates depend on class, weight, ZIP code, and any selected services. If you need a formal freight quote, please contact us with your item list, quantities, and delivery location.
Fuel Surcharge (LTL Shipments Only)
Fuel surcharges apply to LTL and truckload shipments based on weekly diesel fuel pricing published by the U.S. Department of Energy. When applicable, the fuel surcharge is calculated at checkout and displayed as a separate line item before payment. This amount will also appear on your final invoice. Fuel surcharges do not apply to parcel shipments.

Fuel surcharge percentages are updated weekly based on published diesel pricing and applied at the time of shipment for applicable LTL and truckload orders.

Additional Service Fees
Some deliveries require additional carrier services. These charges are separate from shipping discounts and must be selected at checkout when applicable.
If additional services are not selected and the carrier determines they are required, all associated fees will be charged to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, liftgate service, residential delivery, limited access locations, delivery appointment requirements, re-delivery fees, and equipment changes due to site constraints.
These charges may be identified by the carrier at the time of delivery or after delivery and are typically documented on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or carrier invoice.
Liftgate
What it covers: Delivery on a truck with a hydraulic lift when no dock or forklift is available.
When needed: Select this at checkout if your location cannot unload freight from a standard trailer.

Residential Delivery
What it covers: Deliveries to homes or other non-commercial locations, as determined by the carrier.

Limited Access
What it covers: Locations such as schools, churches, construction sites, storage units, military bases, camps, farms, hospitals, shopping centers, or gated facilities.

Inside Delivery
What it covers: The driver moves freight past the first threshold of the building. This does not include installation or assembly.

What it covers: Carrier-arranged delivery windows or call-ahead service.

Other Possible Carrier Fees
Additional fees may apply for oversize freight, re-delivery, address correction, detention, or weekend and after-hours service. Exact charges vary by carrier and ZIP code. If a service is required but not selected, the carrier may still apply the charge.
Important: Shipping discounts do not apply to accessorial or carrier service fees. If anything changes after checkout, our team will notify you.
Pickup & Shipping Collect Options
Customer Pick Up (Will-Call)
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM local time
• Please allow 4 hours after order placement for staging
• Pickup number required; provided with your order confirmation and pickup location
• No walk-ins
• Items shipping from secondary warehouses are not eligible for pickup
• Stock items are not available for pickup from our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse

• Provide your carrier name and account number at checkout for parcel or LTL shipments
• All freight charges bill directly to your account
• We cannot use third-party paperwork; our standard shipping documentation must accompany the shipment

Delivery Timing & Order Handling
ETA & Lead Times
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on your ZIP code and service level. Estimated delivery timing appears at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Damages & Claims
Inspect shipments when they arrive. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and take photos before signing. Contact us within 2 business days so we can help with a claim or replacement.
Order Cut-Off & Split Shipments
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may ship in up to two business days. To speed delivery, some orders may ship from multiple warehouses. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
