Grip Systems Stretch Wrap: Strong, Efficient, Sustainable

Elite film measures 16 inches by 1,800 feet and is packed eight rolls per case. It is the lighter Grip Systems path for general manual wrapping. Superior film measures 16 inches by 1,600 feet and is also packed eight rolls per case. Its construction is positioned for heavier, bulkier or less uniform loads where a stronger trial candidate is appropriate.

Pre-stretched film arrives elongated before application, so operators do not need to create the same stretch at the pallet. That can support a more repeatable manual method, but it does not establish a universal load rating. Sharp corners, unstable products and changing pallet profiles still require a representative wrap test.

Select the film-only SKU when compatible Grip dispensers are already in service. Choose the corresponding Elite or Superior bundle when the workstation also needs the Grip dispenser. Verify the bundle contents on the exact item and do not assume one dispenser is included with every film case.

During the trial, keep pallet type, overlap, revolutions and top and bottom wraps consistent. Check film breaks, corner damage, operator control and load movement after handling. Compare broader hand stretch film options if the load requires a different width, construction or specialty property.
