Preprinted Carton Sealing Tape

Preprinted carton tape combines a stock handling, warning, security, or shipping message with a pressure-sensitive carton closure. Use the live matrix for the current wording, colors, adhesive, and roll dimensions.

How to Choose

1. Define the security objective. Preprinted warnings, tamper-evident constructions, chain-of-custody marking, and ordinary high-adhesion sealing are different functions.

2. Match the tape to the carton or surface. Tamper evidence can depend on how the adhesive interacts with corrugated, film, metal, plastic, or another substrate.

3. Decide whether visible messaging is useful. Printed security messages can discourage opening or communicate handling instructions, but they do not physically prevent all tampering.

4. Test the complete package. Temperature, aging, carton coating, contamination, peel direction, and handling can influence evidence left by removal.

Security Tape Is Intended to Show or Communicate Interference, Not Make Tampering Impossible
