The 1/2-inch diameter defines the adhesive footprint, while the 9/64-inch height establishes the separation created by one properly seated component. The flat top supports contact across its upper face. Measure the supported object and surface so the placement pattern does not interfere with vents, controls, edges or assembly fit.

Determine the number of Bumpons used per finished piece before calculating yield. Four per object is common in some foot layouts, but the correct count and spacing depend on the object's shape, weight distribution and validated use. A 3,000-piece case yields 750 four-piece sets before setup loss.

Apply to a clean, dry, compatible indoor surface. Avoid touching the adhesive, position each piece accurately and press according to the product instructions. Acrylic adhesive does not guarantee equal bonding to every plastic, coating, wood finish or textured surface, so test the actual materials.

Use the Bumpon as the documented foot, stop or spacer, not as structural restraint or a safety guard. It can help separate contacting surfaces, but performance depends on placement and the finished assembly. Return to glue application choices if the task requires a dispensed or preformed adhesive bond instead of a retained component.
