Measure the shipping paper and identify every address, barcode and instruction that must remain visible. The 5 × 6-inch outside dimensions do not by themselves define the usable non-tacky window, so verify the document fits inside the adhesive border without folding critical information.

Clear material supports visual access, but scanner results depend on print quality, glare, wrinkles, placement and lighting. Test the complete pouch, document and package with the scanners used in the shipping workflow. Do not place the pouch across an opening seam or damaged surface. Leave enough sound package area for the adhesive perimeter to contact evenly.

A one-roll case can support a trial or smaller established need. The 12-roll case fits a validated higher-volume process. Forecast from documents shipped per period and include startup or damaged placements. Keep rolls protected from dust and edge damage before loading.

Use a compatible label-protection or pouch-tape dispenser only after confirming roll width, core and diameter. Apply to a clean, dry package and press the adhesive area firmly without wrinkling the window. Moisture- and tear-resistant material does not make the entire package waterproof, tamper-evident or immune to document damage.
