Minigrip® poly bags combine a reclosable format with options for identification, light-sensitive contents, static-sensitive parts and easier manual opening. Select the feature family first, then match dimensions and gauge to the product and handling cycle.

Leave Working Room Above the Product

Bag length is measured below the closure, so leave enough headspace to align the track and close it without forcing the contents. Product depth also consumes usable width and length. A close fit controls shifting, but a bag that is too tight can stress the zipper and side seams.

Choose gauge from part weight, edges and reuse—not from the brand name. Specialty appearance does not establish protection: amber film, anti-static construction and other performance features should be selected from the exact product specifications.

What is a white-block bag used for?
