Tuck top mailers are compact single-wall corrugated enclosures for parts, kits, retail goods and fulfillment shipments. Kraft and white options cover a broad range of footprints and depths, with selected side-loading locking items also represented. Choose dimensions, loading direction and closure from the complete protected product. Measure the product with bags, inserts, pads or dividers and use the stated inside-dimension convention for the exact item. Provide enough room for loading and flap movement without creating space for the contents to shift. Small parts may need an inner bag or partition so they cannot enter the tuck area. When flat products are easier to insert through an edge, compare side loading mailers. For products whose thickness varies across repeat orders, an easy-fold bookfold may provide better depth adjustment than a fixed tuck-top carton. Crease all scores cleanly and make sure the tuck tab seats without bowing a panel or pressing on the product. Determine whether the exact mailer is self-locking or requires tape as part of the approved shipping closure. A tuck feature is not automatically tamper-evident. Choose kraft or white from labeling and presentation needs, then evaluate construction separately. Color does not define strength, recycled content, cleanliness or moisture resistance. Before buying volume, test representative packs for edge impacts, panel flexing and closure retention throughout the expected distribution cycle. Parts, kits and retail goods are candidates when size, strength and complete package testing support the application. Include all inner packaging and allow loading room without leaving excessive space for movement. Closure requirements vary by construction and shipment; follow the exact item instructions. Choose from presentation and label contrast, then confirm board construction and performance separately.
