The Position: Inside Sales Account Executive

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial packaging, janitorial, or office supplies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and other internal teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industrial packaging products with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product categories.
