Inside Sales Account Executive
As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Packaging HERO, you’ll drive growth by managing and expanding customer relationships, matching needs to tailored packaging solutions, and owning the experience from first contact through delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team to bring innovative solutions to life—communicating clearly, negotiating confidently, and delivering standout service.
Expectations
Client Relationship Management — Build strong, lasting relationships with exceptional service and proactive follow-up.
Sales Targets — Prospect, expand existing accounts, and consistently meet/exceed quota.
Customer Service — Deliver a smooth end-to-end experience, resolving issues quickly.
Collaboration — Partner with internal teams so projects launch on time and on spec.
Sales & Lead Generation — Manage inbound inquiries, develop new opportunities, respond to requests, and convert leads into sales.
Negotiation — Structure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships.
Problem-Solving — Address concerns proactively and foster long-term loyalty.
Continuous Improvement — Stay current on packaging innovations and sales techniques.
Requirements
Experience — 1+ years in inside sales (industrial packaging, janitorial, or office supplies preferred).
Communication — Excellent verbal and written skills.
Customer-Focused — Ability to understand and meet client needs.
Problem-Solving — Analytical approach to challenges and solutions.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with design, production, and operations.
Self-Motivated — Results-oriented; able to manage multiple accounts independently.
Product Knowledge — Strong foundation in industrial packaging; quick to learn new categories.
