Bulk Bilingual Packing List Envelopes

Start with the receiving audience and destination. A bilingual message is only useful when both languages match the people or process handling the shipment. Do not select the pouch by dimensions first and assume the printed language will fit every route.

After choosing the language pair, size the envelope for the actual folded or flat packing list, invoice or manifest. Opening direction also matters: side-opening and top-opening pouches can work differently depending on carton orientation and how operators load documents.

Bilingual printing identifies the exterior pouch. It does not translate the enclosed paperwork or satisfy a separate translation requirement. When the underlying document must be provided in a particular language, prepare it independently.

Place the envelope where receiving personnel can see the printed languages without rotating the shipment unnecessarily. Avoid covering the shipping label, barcodes, carton seams, closure tape or required markings.
