Recycled Black Foam

This foam is made with a minimum of 90% recycled polyethylene content, providing a practical option for operations that want to reduce reliance on virgin plastic while continuing to use roll-based foam protection. Use it for finished surfaces, hardware, glass, frames and other products that benefit from a lightweight separator.

Recycled content describes the material input; it does not automatically determine curbside recyclability or disposal options. Acceptance varies by local program, and clean commercial foam may require a specialty collection route. Keep documentation for the exact product when recycled-content reporting matters.

Choose a roll width near the product's working dimension so packers can cover the surface without excessive folding or trimming. Perforations make repeat sections fast to tear and help standardize material use. Adjacent sections can remain connected when a longer sheet is needed.

Foam thickness supports surface separation and light impact cushioning, but heavy or highly fragile products may need firmer blocking, edge protection or an engineered insert. Cover sharp points before wrapping, avoid crushing the foam, and test the completed carton under realistic handling conditions.
