Corrugated Trays

Lay out the intended parts or products in their working orientation and measure the full footprint, including bags, dividers or pads. Avoid overhang that can snag during movement or stacking. Low walls improve access and visibility but may not control tall, round or unstable items without partitions or secondary packaging.

When products need greater side-wall containment for picking or transport, compare corrugated totes. Select the tray because its open-top geometry improves the task, not as a substitute for a closed shipping carton when full enclosure is required.

Kraft supports general warehouse and production use. White can provide cleaner presentation and stronger contrast for labels, product identification or displays. Color does not indicate strength, cleanliness certification, food-contact suitability or moisture resistance; confirm those needs at the product level.

Define whether trays will be hand-carried, placed on carts, racked or stacked with compatible contents. Inspect corners and side walls before reuse and replace trays that are crushed, wet or contaminated. For shipment, validate the complete pack and add an outer carton, film or other restraint when the product can leave the tray.
