Dot Shot Pro adhesive rolls are designed for the compatible handheld dispenser gun. Nine clear synthetic-rubber-based adhesive formats combine 1/4- or 1/2-inch diameters with low or medium profiles and selected tack levels. Choose the adhesive footprint first, then match profile, tack and case quantity to the tested assembly. The two 1/4-inch products use a low-profile Glue Stitch format with high or super-high tack and 3,000 adhesive placements per case. The tightly spaced pattern differs from the individual 1/2-inch Glue Dots, so the two diameters should not be treated as scaled versions of the same application. Half-inch low-profile rolls include low, medium, high and super-high tack with 1,500 dots per case. Half-inch medium-profile rolls include medium, high and super-high tack with 600 dots per case. Low profile is identified at 1/64 inch and medium profile at 1/32 inch. Higher tack is not automatically appropriate for every job. It can make repositioning more difficult and may affect paper coatings, painted finishes, plastics or other delicate surfaces. Test the exact roll with the real substrate, application pressure, dwell, load and removal requirement. These rolls are made for the Dot Shot Pro dispenser gun. Confirm the refill is loaded in the documented direction and that the feed advances one placement consistently. Do not assume compatibility with Dot N' Go dispensers or other Glue Dots systems.
