Ecojacket™ Flex Mailers With Fluted Paper Cushioning

Ecojacket™ Flex mailers combine a natural kraft exterior with a fluted paper interior, a self-adhesive closure and a recipient tear strip. The all-paper format provides flexible protection for compatible books, apparel, cosmetics, supplements and other nonfragile products. Choose the size from the complete pack and leave the opening features clear.

Use the Fluted Interior for Flexible Protection

The fluted interior creates a paper cushioning layer that helps separate contents from routine contact and handling. The package still bends, so it is not the right choice for products that require rigid edge support, stacking structure or strong crush protection. Cover sharp points before loading.

Use a corrugated mailer when product rigidity matters more than envelope flexibility. Test the complete pack when weight, corners or concentrated pressure could challenge the paper lining or seams.

Protect the Seal and Recipient Tear Strip

Measure the packed product in three dimensions and allow loading clearance because the listed sizes are outside dimensions. Keep the self-adhesive strip clean and dry, press the flap across its full width and make sure thick contents do not force the closure upward.

The tear strip gives the recipient a defined opening path. Keep labels and tape away from it when possible, and make the opening direction easy to understand. Ecojacket™ Flex is designed for curbside recycling, with acceptance depending on the local program and the condition of the used mailer.
