Foam Bottle Shipper Inserts for Selected Bottle Formats

Foam bottle shipper inserts provide shaped cushioning and separation for compatible bottles. Options support selected single-bottle 750 mL and 1.5 L formats plus two-, six- and twelve-bottle 750 mL configurations. Each insert depends on a documented outer carton, so bottle volume and count are only the starting points for selection.

Confirm Bottle Shape and Outer-Carton Pairing

Measure the bottle body, height, shoulder, base and closure. Nominal volume does not guarantee a common shape, especially across wine styles and specialty containers. Test label clearance and make sure the bottle seats in the intended cavity without concentrated pressure at the neck, shoulder or punt.

Pair the insert with the corresponding foam bottle shipper box. The outer should hold the foam assembly in position without compressing it beyond the intended fit. Do not trim, combine or force inserts into an unmatched carton.

Inspect and Assemble the Cushioning System

Orient every foam component according to the product instructions and keep bottle positions consistent. Inspect for tears, crushed edges, permanent compression, contamination or missing sections before use. Damaged foam may leave unsupported areas or allow bottle movement even when the outer carton appears sound.

Foam inserts manage impact and bottle-to-bottle contact, but they do not provide a damage-free guarantee or a liquid-containment system. Test the complete package with actual bottles and closures. Verify carrier and legal requirements for alcohol, chemicals and regulated liquids, and add any required leak control, markings or documentation independently.
