Corrugated Garment Mailers

Standardize the fold before measuring so packers do not force a larger or inconsistent garment stack into the carton. Include tissue, bags, inserts, collars or presentation boards in the packed dimensions. Allow enough clearance to place the garment without wrinkling it against the walls, but limit room for sliding and bunching.

For books, printed kits or smaller rigid products in a similar shallow format, compare literature mailers. Garment mailers are proportioned for apparel; they do not replace hang-up garment packaging or provide moisture protection unless a separate documented component supplies it.

Place any printed insert or branded tissue so it does not interfere with flaps and seams. Assemble the kraft single-wall mailer squarely and follow the required tape or closure pattern. Check that shipping labels lie on a flat panel and remain readable after the box is handled.

Soft goods may not support the broad panels from inside, so avoid stacking or banding conditions that crush the carton or transfer pressure to the product. The corrugated material does not establish a universal stacking or package-weight limit. Test the complete pack for the expected parcel, pallet and storage environment.
