Specific gift-grade products use a 10-pound basis weight, including the 10 by 15-inch white tissue supplied 960 sheets per case. Basis weight describes the paper construction, not the packed case weight or a protection rating. Confirm the exact basis weight and count when consistency matters across colors or sizes.

Coordinate tissue with the product, carton and brand palette. Screen colors are not reliable production matches, so review a physical sample when color is critical. Representative product documentation identifies special dyes designed to resist fading and bleeding, but test the exact tissue against light, porous, coated or delicate surfaces under expected storage conditions.

Set a repeatable number of sheets and fold pattern at the packing station. Tissue creates presentation and light separation; it is not a universal substitute for impact cushioning or abrasion protection. Add suitable protective packaging for fragile, heavy or sharp products. Keep tissue clean, dry and covered in storage so dust, moisture and creasing do not reduce the finished appearance.
