Glue Dots Rolls and Dispenser Boxes by Tack and Profile

Glue Dots rolls and dispenser boxes provide clear, synthetic-rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive in repeat footprints. Available dots use 1/4- or 1/2-inch diameters, low or medium profiles and several tack levels. Choose all three properties together, then validate the dot on the actual surface and workflow.

Select Diameter, Profile and Tack

Quarter-inch products create the smaller adhesive footprint and are available in a low profile. Half-inch dots add contact area and include low- and medium-profile choices. Low profile is listed at 1/64 inch and medium profile at 1/32 inch, so profile affects the space the adhesive occupies between parts.

Tack choices include low, medium, high and super high in selected combinations. Lower tack may support applications requiring less aggressive hold, while higher tack can increase initial grab on a compatible surface. Those labels do not guarantee repositioning, clean removal or performance on a specific substrate.

Plan Quantity and Application

Low-profile products are packed 4,000 dots per case, while the available medium-profile half-inch products are packed 2,000 per case. Calculate yield from dots used per finished unit and include setup loss. Do not confuse a dispenser box with a powered applicator or assume the rolls fit another Glue Dots system.

Apply each dot with clean handling and consistent pressure. Test surface compatibility, dwell, load, temperature and removal on the complete assembly.
