Economical tape for repetitive volume packaging.

The last thing you want to worry about is your package falling open as it is shipped to your customer. For peace of mind, using the right tape is essential, and that’s when using hot melt tape is in your best interest.

Hot melt box tape offers excellent performance on over-stuffed cartons or heavy boxes. Hot melt adhesive is suggested for temperature ranges of 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Here at Packaging HERO®, we have hot melt carton sealing tape available in clear and tan and a variety of thicknesses and strengths:

  • 1.6 mil 18 lb. tensile strength
  • 1.9 mil 20 lb. tensile strength
  • 2.2 mil 24 lb. tensile strength
  • 2.5 mil 27 lb. tensile strength
  • 3.0 mil 33 lb. tensile strength

Hot melt carton sealing tape is available in small case quantities, so you never have to purchase more than you need. If you know you’re going to use this tape a lot, buy in bulk and save even more.
