Magnetic Tape

Continuous rolls are useful when location labels vary in length or will be cut as racks are assigned. Narrow tape supports compact shelf codes and cards; wider material provides more surface for barcodes, larger characters or multi-line information.

Pre-cut strips remove a cutting step when the same label size repeats across the operation. Pre-cut sheets provide a larger magnetic surface for notices, work instructions or signs.

Thickness influences flexibility and magnetic contact, but thicker is not automatically better for every job. Match the selected product to the size of the identification piece, how often it will be handled and the shape and coating of the mounting surface.

Magnetic tape is well suited to re-slotting programs because a finished label can move with the SKU or location. It avoids adhesive residue and reduces the need to replace the mounting material every time a rack assignment changes.
