The corrugated shippers use a full-overlap top, an auto-bottom, a self-seal closure and an easy-open tear strip. These construction details support assembly and opening without requiring a separate tape closure for the box. The corrugated shipper is made with recycled material, but that claim applies to the documented box and should not be extended automatically to every coolant or accessory placed inside.

Select the outer size from the combined space needed for the product, pads, coolant and separation layers. The small, medium and large pad names must be matched to the documented shipper rather than chosen from the name alone. Check all components before packing, including any cold packs, absorbent material or internal restraint required by the product.

Chill-R™ pads provide passive insulation; they do not actively cool the contents. Coolant quantity, conditioning and placement must be designed around the payload temperature range, transit duration and seasonal ambient exposure. Protect freeze-sensitive goods from direct cold-pack contact when the validated method calls for a buffer.

The finished package should be tested with the actual product or a representative thermal load. Review internal temperatures, carton closure, movement and condition on arrival. A curbside-recyclability statement for a documented corrugated component does not establish local acceptance for the complete used packout. Separate materials as required and confirm local collection rules. Revalidate whenever the route, season, payload or component arrangement changes.
