Multi Media Mailers for Discs, Cases and Legacy Formats

Multi media mailers are white single-wall corrugated packages sized for CD, DVD and VHS formats, including individual discs, cases and multi-disc packs. Styles include literature, outside-tuck and self-seal constructions. Select from the exact media configuration and stated capacity rather than assuming every mailer fits the same case or disc count.

Match the Mailer to the Media Configuration

Measure the complete item, including jewel case, keep case, sleeve, booklet or boxed set. Compare the exact product description and capacity because similar exterior dimensions may be engineered for different contents. Multi-disc packs need enough depth and internal control to prevent cases from opening or sliding against one another.

For books, catalogs and mixed printed kits beyond media-oriented sizes, compare literature mailers. Do not substitute by a generic CD or DVD label when the contents, case style or quantity differs from the documented fit.

Protect Recorded Media and Close Consistently

Corrugated construction adds structure, but discs and cases can still crack under concentrated pressure or move inside an oversized package. Add an approved insert or wrap when required and keep the recorded surface protected from abrasion, contamination and loose components.
