Packaging HERO partners with AirWave Packaging Inc. – Sustainable/Inflatable Void-Fill and Cushioning

Packaging HERO was among the 44,000 attendees at this year’s PACK EXPO.  According to PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, this year’s event surpassed the 2018 event with 2,200 exhibitors across 1.2 million net square feet in Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center.

We talk about the environment and the impact of packaging materials, along with challenges in hiring and maintaining a skilled workforce with our customers on a regular basis.  We were excited to see some exciting new solutions from our current partners, including; Shurtape, SealedAir, Pregis, Storopack, Intertape, and Paragon.  Sustainability and Automation were a reoccurring theme this year in exhibitors. 

We were fortunate to explore a new product line from AirWave Packaging, which features sustainable and inflatable void-fill and cushioning materials.  After a deep-dive on the company and the product line, we are thrilled to announce we are solidifying a partnership with AirWave Packaging Inc.
