Pallet labels are meant to stay visible at freight-handling distance. Packaging HERO offers pallet-integrity instructions, stacking restrictions, receiving cautions, stretch-wrap notices, high-claim fragile warnings and top-load messages in formats from compact 3 x 5 inch labels up to 8 x 10 inch freight labels. The most useful pallet label names the condition that must be preserved while the load moves through warehousing and transportation. The assortment includes 3 x 5, 3 x 10, 4 x 6, 6 x 10 and 8 x 10 inch formats. Smaller labels work for close-range handling, while the 8 x 10 formats are easier to recognize from a forklift or receiving-dock viewing distance. Roll quantities vary by label size and application. Smaller carton-level labels fit frequent packing-station use, while larger freight warnings are selected for visibility on palletized loads. 1. Place the warning where it remains visible after wrapping. A pallet label hidden beneath stretch film overlaps, corner boards or shipping documents loses much of its value. 2. Use more than one side for critical instructions. If the pallet can be approached from multiple directions, duplicate the instruction on the faces most likely to be visible. 3. Pair the label with physical load controls. A Do Not Stack or Must Remain Palletized label communicates the requirement; stretch film, strapping, edge protection and pallet configuration still have to support the load. 4. Use receiving-specific wording when acceptance is the concern. A receiving caution is clearer than a general Fragile label when inspection before signing is the actual business requirement. Available formats range from carton-scale labels to large pallet warnings. Choose enough size for the instruction to remain visible through wrapping, staging and freight handling. Yes. The assortment includes Must Remain Palletized, Do Not Remove From Pallet and Do Not Move From Pallet messages. Yes. Wrap-integrity messages include Do Not Break Stretch Wrap, Do Not Break Stretch Film and Stretch Wrapped By Shipper, giving the handler a clear instruction about the unitized load. Large-format labels are useful on palletized or oversized freight where the message needs to be read from farther away. We can help narrow the assortment by pallet-integrity, stacking, receiving, stretch-wrap and fragile-handling requirements.Pallet Protection & Handling Labels
