Stackable Bin Boxes

Measure the available footprint and overhead clearance, then choose width and depth around the products. Keep frequently picked items at practical heights and avoid creating stacks that require reaching over loaded open fronts. Wider or deeper bins may hold more inventory but also increase total weight and leverage on the corrugated panels.

For shelf-supported open-front storage without a vertical bin-on-bin arrangement, compare corrugated bins and storage. Stacking should be based on the exact bin design, load distribution and operating environment—not merely matching outside dimensions.

Form every score and locking tab completely before loading. Place dense products low in the stack, distribute inventory evenly and avoid pressure against the open front. Confirm that each bin sits flat and that the arrangement will not be struck by carts, forklifts or routine picking activity. Use shelving or another restraint when the environment requires it.

Single-wall board descriptions do not define a universal stack height or capacity. Humidity, duration, product shape and repeated access can reduce performance. Label each location clearly, inspect bottoms and sidewalls for bowing or tears and dismantle an unstable stack rather than adding reinforcement that changes the intended assembly.
