Recycled Fiber Transport Sleeves

Measure the product's widest diameter and the length that needs coverage. A sleeve should expand around the body without tearing, slipping off or applying harmful pressure to labels, decorations, pumps or closures. Suggested bottle uses provide a starting point, but the actual container and finish still need a fit check.

Use longer or wider sleeves only when they conform properly to the item. Excess material can bunch at the ends and create uneven contact inside a carton, while a sleeve that is too small can split or leave critical areas exposed. Keep sharp edges from cutting through the fiber structure during loading.

Place sleeved items in a compatible carton with partitions, inserts or other separation when products could contact one another. Compare purpose-built bottle shipping systems when defined bottle positions and matched outer components are needed for parcel distribution.

A fiber sleeve does not guarantee impact protection, prevent leakage or authorize shipping wine, alcohol, chemicals or regulated liquids. Test the completed pack with actual products and handling conditions. Verify product-specific recycled-content claims, and replace sleeves that are torn, wet, contaminated, permanently stretched or unable to remain in position.
