Plastic Jug Foam Shippers

Confirm the jug capacity, body geometry, cap and intended number of inners before selection. Review whether the exact kit includes one or two jugs, all foam pieces, caps and the outer carton. Similar round plastic containers may differ at the shoulder, base or closure and should not be substituted merely because their nominal capacity matches.

For replacement cushioning used within an established configuration, compare bulk foam inserts. Match every insert to the documented jug and outer; trimming foam or exchanging a component can change fit and invalidate the intended packaging system.

Inspect the jug, cap, foam and corrugated carton. Fill within applicable limits, close the jug with the required method and seat it in the molded cavity without forcing or altering the foam. Assemble the protective components in their intended orientation and close the outer with the specified materials and pattern.
