Literature mailers are compact single-wall corrugated enclosures for books, catalogs, printed materials, media and small kits. Kraft and white options cover many footprints and set depths. Select the mailer from the complete protected product and the packing process, then confirm that the closure and board construction suit the distribution cycle.

Choose a Close Interior Fit

Measure length, width and height after binding, bagging, stacking, interleaving or adding pads. The product should load without catching at the corners and should not move freely across the broad panels. When shipping mixed kit components, use partitions or an inner bag so small pieces cannot migrate or damage printed surfaces.

For products with changing thickness that benefit from a wrap-around blank, compare easy-fold mailers. A fixed-depth literature mailer can simplify repeat packing when the contents and finished stack height remain consistent.

Compare Finish, Closure and Quantity

Kraft provides a conventional shipping appearance, while white can offer stronger contrast for labels and customer-facing graphics. Color does not define strength, recycled content, archival quality or moisture resistance. Test labels and tape on the actual surface and confirm all tabs or locking features engage without contacting the product.

Before moving to bulk quantities, validate the exact size with representative products and actual packing labor. Single-wall corrugated adds structure but does not guarantee protection against every bend, crush or drop. Check the completed mailer through the expected carrier, pallet and storage conditions.
