This film is identified for non-food packaging. Do not extend its use to direct or indirect food-contact applications without documentation that specifically covers the intended conditions. Also test products, labels, inks, finishes and electronic components for sensitivity to the required sealing and shrink temperatures.

PVC heat response differs from polyolefin. Set the sealer and heat source for the exact film, maintain the ventilation and operating conditions specified by the material and equipment manufacturers, and avoid overheating that can distort the package or damage the product.

Centerfolded film opens like a sleeve around the product, reducing one forming step. Choose width from the complete product profile and the overlap or seal arrangement required by the equipment. Confirm how the listed width is measured before converting package dimensions into a film size.

Gauge affects toughness, feel and the heat needed to shrink the film. Heavier film is not automatically the best choice; excessive material can increase heat demand and reduce the clean appearance sought from a shrink package.
