Curby™ Recycled Paper Mailers With Honeycomb Cushioning

Curby™ mailers use a kraft recycled-paper construction with honeycomb paper cushioning. The flexible format adds surface and handling protection for compatible books, documents, media, samples and small parts while avoiding a plastic cushioning layer. Choose the size from the finished pack and use a rigid package when the product cannot tolerate bending or compression.

Match Honeycomb Cushioning to the Product

The honeycomb lining provides a paper-based cushioning layer around compatible contents. It can help manage routine contact and handling, but the envelope remains flexible. Cover sharp corners and hardware, and avoid using a padded mailer for items that require rigid edge support or strong crush protection.

Compare other padded mailers when the operation needs a different exterior, closure or padding construction. Use a corrugated mailer or box when product shape, weight or fragility exceeds what a flexible paper mailer can safely handle.

Size the Complete Pack and Plan Recovery

Curby mailer measurements are outside dimensions. Measure length, width and thickness after adding sleeves or corner protection, then leave clearance for loading and closure. The product should not stretch the side seams, press against the ends or prevent the flap from closing flat.

Curby mailers are described as curbside recyclable and Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver. Local collection can still depend on the receiving community and the condition of the used mailer. Keep paper packaging dry when moisture could affect the contents or the intended recovery path.
