Avoid products with exposed sharp points or concentrated weight unless they receive additional protection. Use corrugated packaging when the item cannot tolerate bending, compression or edge impacts.

Compare other padded mailers when the application needs a different exterior, closure or cushioning construction. Package trials should use the real product, including every insert and protective layer.

The dimensions are outside measurements. Measure the item at its thickest point, include inserts or surface protection and leave room for easy loading and a flat closure. Overfilling can reduce seal contact and force rigid corners into the seams.
