Foam bottle-shipper kits combine compatible corrugated outer cartons and foam cushioning components. The current assortment includes selected one-bottle 750 mL and 1.5 L kits plus two-, six-, and twelve-bottle configurations.

How to Choose

1. Choose the intended bottle format. Match the bottle count and, where specified, bottle volume to the kit description.

2. Check bottle geometry before standardizing. Wine bottles can differ in diameter, shoulder, and height even at the same nominal volume.

3. Use all kit components as intended. The protection comes from the interaction of the foam and the outer corrugated carton.

4. Confirm carrier and legal requirements. A packaging kit does not by itself establish that the bottle contents may be shipped by a particular service.
