Hazardous Material Foam Shipper Kits

Identify whether the shipment uses a quart paint can, gallon paint can or gallon F-style can, then confirm how many inners the outer is designed to hold. Match can geometry, foam cavity, carton size and every closure. A similar nominal capacity is not enough because round and rectangular containers load the foam differently.

If you already have a documented compatible system and need only production components, compare bulk foam inserts. Confirm whether each kit includes the inner container, foam pieces, outer box and closures or whether any must be ordered separately.

Inspect the foam, outer carton and inner container before use. Seat every component in its intended orientation, avoid trimming the foam and close both inner and outer packages with the specified tools, torque or tape pattern. The carton must close without forcing or leaving unsupported movement inside the pack.

For regulated shipping, use the exact product documentation to verify the UN marking, authorized contents, packing group, quantity and mode limitations. Complete all required classification, marking, labeling, documentation and training.
