Wholesale Honeycomb Pallet Runners

Map the product footprint, center of gravity and load-bearing contact points before choosing runner length, width and placement. Use enough runners to support the load without excessive spans or concentrated pressure. Keep them parallel and square so handling equipment can enter as planned. Confirm that the load cannot slide, tip or separate from the runner arrangement.

For paper panels used above or between loads, compare honeycomb cardboard sheets. Runners and sheets perform different roles. A runner creates elevation and support lanes, while a panel spreads contact across a broad face. Either may require other securement components.

Capacity values are product-specific and depend on the intended runner configuration, support and load distribution. Do not transfer a rating from one size to another. If a runner includes documented perforations for length adjustment, shorten it only at those intended locations and confirm that the revised layout still supports the full load.

Paper runners must be kept dry and protected from puncture, crushing and side impact. Validate representative loads with the actual strapping, stretch film, top protection and handling equipment. A runner system does not automatically create a pallet-equivalent, rackable or export-compliant load. Inspect every component before movement and do not reuse a damaged or moisture-weakened runner.
