Poly Cushioned Mailers With Built-In Air-Cell Protection

Poly cushioned mailers combine a white flexible exterior, internal air-cell cushioning and a self-seal closure. Cushioning thicknesses and mailer sizes support different small-product applications. Use the format when the product benefits from integrated cushioning but does not require the bending and crush resistance of a corrugated package.

Choose Cushioning Thickness With Usable Capacity

Displayed measurements are outside dimensions. Measure the packed product at its thickest point, then account for the space occupied by the cushioning layer. The item should load without stressing the side seams, and rigid corners should remain away from both the exterior film and the adhesive flap.

Control Puncture Risk and Seal Pressure

The poly exterior can suit selected fulfillment environments, but it is not puncture-proof or a replacement for edge protection. Cover hooks, corners and hardware that could press through the film. Products that are heavy, sharp or crush-sensitive may need a rigid mailer or box.

Keep the self-seal area clean, dry and flat. Remove the liner only at the final packing step and press across the full closure. Do not describe the finished package as waterproof or tamper-evident without documentation for the exact item and completed seal.
