White Self-Seal Padded Mailers With Fiber Protection

White self-seal padded mailers combine a clean paper exterior, fiber padding and an integrated adhesive closure. The white face can support label contrast and a customer-facing presentation while the padding adds flexible protection. Choose size from the product's full thickness and keep the adhesive strip unobstructed when closing.

Size Beyond the Flat Product Footprint

The listed dimensions are outside measurements. Measure the product after adding sleeves, paperwork or inner protection, then allow space for thickness and loading. Overfilling can stretch seams, bow flat items and prevent the flap from making full adhesive contact.

For the same general fiber-padded construction with a natural paper exterior, compare kraft self-seal padded mailers. Choose white for presentation or label contrast only after confirming that fit, padding and closure meet the shipping need.

Protect the Seal and the Paper Exterior

Keep the closure area clean, dry and flat. Remove the liner at the final packing step, align the flap and press across the entire adhesive strip. Check that the contents do not create internal pressure that can peel the flap open. Use added retention only when it is compatible with the mailer and route.

A white exterior can show dirt, abrasion and moisture exposure more readily, and it does not create stronger protection than an otherwise comparable kraft surface. Fiber padding remains flexible. Control sharp edges, provide separate moisture protection where needed and use a rigid package for products that cannot tolerate bending or compression.
