Foam Bottle Shippers

Use foam bottle shipper boxes when compatible inserts are already stocked. Choose replacement inserts only when the documented outer carton is available. Complete kits are the simplest route when both matched components are needed together.

The foam surrounds and separates the bottles, while the corrugated carton holds the cushioning system in position and provides the outer shipping structure. Neither component should be evaluated by itself. Excessive carton clearance can permit movement, while forced compression can change foam performance and place stress on the bottle.

Match the exact bottle count and, where specified, nominal volume. Measure height, diameter, shoulder and closure because wine-bottle shapes vary. Load every bottle in its intended cavity, assemble the foam in the documented orientation and confirm that the carton closes without crushing or distorting the cushioning.

Test the completed package for representative drops, vibration, compression and storage temperatures. Foam cushioning does not guarantee against breakage or leakage, and it does not establish carrier acceptance. Confirm separate requirements for wine, alcohol, chemicals or regulated liquids, including destination restrictions, closure, leak control, markings and documents.
