Clear Packing List Envelopes for Visible Documents

Clear packing list envelopes protect paperwork on the outside of a shipment while keeping addresses, barcodes, packing slips, manifests and instructions visible. Options for opening direction, closure and document size support everything from compact folded slips to larger flat documents.

Use Clear Pouches When the Document Must Stay Readable

Without a large printed panel, the document carries the visible information. This is valuable when receiving personnel must read an address, order number, barcode or other field without opening the pouch.

Transparency does not guarantee scan performance. Film reflections, wrinkles, condensation, barcode contrast, scanner angle and lighting can affect readability. Test the actual document and scanner setup before building a critical process around scanning through the pouch.

Standard and Resealable Formats

Standard document envelopes are suited to paperwork that is inserted at the packing station and removed by the receiver. Resealable pouches are useful when documents may need to be accessed and returned during routing, inspection or multi-step handling.

Top- and side-opening designs affect access. Choose the orientation that lets operators insert the prepared document efficiently and allows the receiver to open it without fighting the carton position.

Allow sufficient document clearance, but avoid oversizing the pouch so much that excess film can wrinkle or snag. Apply it to a clean, dry area away from seams, tape and other critical labels.
